About The Speaker
William A. Weeks joined Key Equipment Finance in October of 2005 as Chief Information Officer. He has responsibility for all IT operations and systems development within the company, and works with business leaders to establish systems strategies that align with and enable profitable revenue growth.

Prior to joining Key, Mr. Weeks lead the Integration of Information Leasing Corporation (a wholly owned subsidiary of Provident Bank) with National City.  This Integration included the re-platforming of all applications, data center consolidation and the replacement of the Lease accounting system for the company.

Before the acquisition of Provident Bank / ILC by National City, Mr. Weeks held the position of Vice President, Business Technology Leader for ILC (Commercial Equipment Leasing), PCFS Mortgage Resources (Sub Prime mortgage origination and servicing), and Provident’s internal Data Warehousing group. During his time at ILC, Mr. Weeks lead a team of IT professionals who built and integrated custom front and back end systems solutions, enabling significant growth. During his tenure, the annual volume of the leasing company grew from $27MM per year to an estimated $2.0 B in volume in 2005, while maintaining consistent staffing levels throughout the business. In the Mortgage Industry, Mr. Weeks lead the implementation of Mortgagelinq, a cutting edge, online broker, correspondent, warehouse and retail mortgage origination system which was the first of its kind in the mortgage industry.

Mr. Weeks is a Marine Corps Veteran and Member of the ELA Operations and Technology Solutions council. He is also a Member of ELA’s Future Leasing Leaders.
