About The Speaker
Mark McManus is a Research Specialist/Survey Research Coordinator within UALR’s Institute for Economic Advancement (IEA). Mark has over 19 years experience in the survey research area working with state and federal agencies, city/county governments, economic development groups, non-profit entities, and private business. Current responsibilities include working with clients to assess research and information needs, development of project work plans and budgets, conducting research, and reporting results. His range of survey related activities include needs assessment studies, program evaluations, citizen surveys, customer satisfaction studies, longitudinal studies, and various industry and business-related studies. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Southern Arkansas University and his Master’s degree in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas.
