About The Speaker
Ben J. Stout as Chief Technology Officer is responsible for the management
of all Information Technologies that function within the City of Tulsa. His
mission includes unifying the various software systems and hardware
platforms, working with a team of IT professionals from the private sector
to analyze the City’s IT processes and make recommendations that will
improve communications between citizens and the City, and streamlining City
processes through changes in the IT systems. Stout has extensive executive
management experience and a proven track record in technology at Arrow
Trucking, BOk, First Credit Solutions, Long-Term Care Authority, and TV
Guide International, Inc.
